After learning a song using the tablature, is it recommended to learn it also by reading/playing it using the music sheet afterwards? Thanks!

Yes, its definitely better in the long run to learn to read sheet music. Tablature is great for getting started and learning your favorite songs earlier than you would be able to if you were reading sheet music, but eventually, everyone who wants to get serious about playing needs to learn to read.
