Sorry you are having that problem. I haven’t seen that happen before, so lets figure out what is going wrong.
First of all, I assume you have logged in with the little gear symbol in the lower left. On the “Settings” page where you log in, do you see the word “Disconnect” under the log in fields? If so you are connected, but if you see “Connect” then something went wrong logging in.
If you are logged in, go back to the library page by clicking the top library icon. Which radio button do you see selected: “All” “Violin” or some other one?
Another thing to check is what you have in the search bar. If you have anything typed in there (even a couple spaces) it will limit what you see in the library. Try clicking in the search bar, making sure to eliminate any blank spaces or text in there and then click enter. See if that brings all the songs to your library.
